Outdoor living

With summer coming to a close at the end of the month in Australia, I thought it would be appropriate to share some of my favourite outdoor living spaces that I have found around the Western Cape of South Africa.

From coastal chic to rustic wine farm style each of these verandahs offer an unique African perspective to outdoor living.

Tip: you don't need to use outdoor furniture in an open space particularly if you have protection from the elements. Bring the indoors out and decorate your outdoor room with art and furniture pieces usually reserved for inside the home.
